I had two of the best stranded wire "chains" that money could buy, two of the best padlocks money could buy, all four wheels locked together with them and a high-dollar trailer hitch. None of the three locks can even stand up to torch cutting.

Basically, I could have saved my money on the locks, the only good thing they are for is to keep the honest man honest.

If I took the tires off, they'd probably just bring their own. Face it, both trailers were stolen in broad daylight, in an alley driveway that has 75+ homes which use the alley and nobody saw nothing during a 15 minute period that they were probably here using the torch.

Seven days before that, somebody broke into my truck in the middle of the night and stole my tools. I'm not buying another trailer until I move out of Dallas.

Here's the trailer hitch lock...
