 ....pages 10 & 11 have a full color two page Ford police vehicle ad. The 2003 CV is featured with the new strange hub caps. Apparently the centers pop out and the rest of the hub cap is bolted on to the wheel. This will at least solve all of the problems with hub caps coming off. I lost my first one last week off of my 2000 CV PI climbing a few islands at intersections trying to get around traffic while responding to a call. These new ones will have to grow on me though. After having the same hub caps since what, 1980?, you kind of get used to the darn things.
