My first impression: The hub caps are not conserative enought for my taste. They gotta go! Remind me of the 91 Caprice flying saucers. Other than that, the appearance is unchanged. By the way...in the staged L&O promo photo just what the heck measurement are those cops(actors)trying to take? Cross angle of a single traffic lane? Not any measurment I learned. I leave this to Dave A to explain.
