With respect to wheels it would be best to measure your bolt pattern. I believe the bolt patterns are different on older Police Package Chevs. The wagons were an exception as indicated earlier. I'm not sure about the newer cars (1991 to 1996) but I can say that my brother purchased a set of extra steel rims for his 1995 Caprice. The rims he purchased came from a 1992 Police Package Caprice. They fit his car perfectly. There was a noticeable difference in thickness and weight between the standard rim and police rim. His car has is a standard Caprice with the 4.3 liter and nothing special. I would therefore assume that this swap should work on any of the newer Caprices. It would however be best to determine the measurements of your bolt pattern first and then go from there. Best of luck.
