Subject: Sightings

About 2 weeks ago While i was on my way to renew my numbers lottery tickets I cam up on a stop sign. There was a mother and her 9 year crossing. I initially thought it was a girl because the child was wearing a 2 piece bikini, red in color, but then I noticed it was a boy. I then thought well maybe he had gone swimming and had to borrow a swimsuit. On the waay back from renewing my tickets I again saw the boy and his mother except this time there was another boy with him of about 7. This time the original boy was in a dress as was the younger boy.
I told my neighbor about it and he said there were 7 or 8 other boys as well running around the neighborhood in either dresses or skirts.
