Tracy it was great seeing you and margaret I felt so bad for her seeing her or any child cry because they felt bad about something is sad for me and alyssa don't like to see it either so she was the one who offered margaret her crown because she felt she needed to cheer her up. I am glad we had a chance to chat a bit. thanks again

Our 1st SB was Darien Lake. I thought we were pretty much done with pageants due to a lot of local negativity. Tami did a great job and ran a fair, well organized pageant. I thought I would enter my daughter in one last pageant and be done. I also thought I would try to just keep to myself and try not to make "friends". But Tami's pageant family made us feel welcome and basically changed my mind about pageants. Thank you Miss Tami!

It is so hard to just pick 1 out, Thalia enjoys every storybook pageant .... she enjoys meeting new friends and seeing her old ones..she loves watching everyone perform because they r all winners in her eyes :-)...Thalia has 3 most memorable moments though her first was when we dud candyland pageant she won her first GRAND SUPREME TITLE she looked @me & said wow is that really for me?? Then ran to the prize table first before getting her crown ...lol her 2nd memorable moment was the DOUBLE HEADER she was so excited because she found some more pull tabs on soda cans in the ballroom & kept on chasing miss crystal & miss Tami down...last but not least was Darien Lake when she was so sick throwing up everywhere and still won STORYBOOK COMDIEN AWARD "she said gezzz miss Tami thought it was funny I would do my routine and run off stage to throw up "...lol...Miss Tami we love ya!!!

Our favorite was prom....Brianna though it was the coolest thing that she got to go to prom before she got to high school, lol. She told me she had to wear a floor length dress an a crown because she was an is goin to be prom queen :o) an also the wrist flower as Bree says that matched her dress an she gets to keep forever an ever. It was awesome to watch her dance with all her friends an do a mother/daughter dance during the father/daughter dance! Lexi an Bree walked around all night an still to this day, calling each other their prom dates! It was also amazing that they got their pics. taken on a back drop(even if just black, lol) with all her friends! She also made me take photos of her all dressed up an wish I could post it here....thank you Tami, Russ an the Storybook family

The double header in Corning,NY. We were only suppose to be spectating to see if we wanted to do the pageant thing. We actually ended up being a small part of it instead. Everyone was so welcoming to us it made it so much easier to feel comfortable around everyone. Everyone was very helpful. We had alot of fun, storybook is definatly like a big family and they made us feel like we were part of it. But the highlight of it all is when Destiny got Mia's choice trophy, two crowns, two sashes, and wonderful gifts. We werent expecting anything at all due to it being so last minute. Thanks everyone!!

Our favorite memory was at the Darien Lake. That was the first time we really experienced what a pageant family really is. I will be honest I was not all about pageants when my daughter started but now that we found Storybook I’m all IN! My daughter feels like she is part of the family when we attend a Storybook pageant. Everyone is so nice that she is able to make friends easily and the pageant families are very generous. Miss Tami always picks a charity that we can donate too. I love being a part of this and I get my whole family involved, not just my daughter. It shows them that to have a big heart and care about ALL PEOPLE not just your family and friends but anyone who is in need of a helping hand:)!
We can’t wait for GND this weekend its going to be such a great time!! Thank you Tami and Russ for everything you do!!!

I would have to say my favorite memory is something that is sticking with my daughter forver, it is the charities we have helped at different storybook pageants. Our oldest Addison just turned 4 a couple weeks ago and she already gets helping others and that is part from Miss Tami and Storybook. I explain everything we are doing so when we went through toys and clothes to donate, she remembers just what she was giving them up for, she also reminds her granparents and friends everytime she sees them with a can that she needs the top for the sick kids mommy and daddy house next to the hospital so they have a place to stay and eat when they visit their babies. We also save one of each toy they win at a stoyrbook and donate it to toys for tots at Christmas time. The other day we were talking about asking santa to give our presents to children who don't have many things and she said, maybe I can give them all my toys so santa can still come to my house, but he only has to give me one I just want him to come here, then she went to play, she came back after with a stuffed dog and said mommy remember last year I got him from miss tami pageant, I want to give him to a little girl who doesn't have one and tell her she should wait for a pageant cause I can give away all my toys from the next one, so she gets what all the giving back is about and everytime she asks for a soda top or picks out toys to donate I remember a storybook pageant a system that is making my daughters better people

I think everyone has the best memory of story book pageants being all about the kids at the end of the day the kids dont care who wins what but that they had a great funfilled adventure with their friends. Personal highlight dancing with my michele and seeing Kayley smile and laugh!

It is so hard to narrow down just 1 favorite memory of Storybook. Each time we go, there is another memory that we will cherish! But if we had to pick a top memory, it would be seeing Miss Tami dressed as Sponge Bob! We love you Miss Tami and everything you do for everyone! YOU are our favorite memory!!

It was at last years Christmas pageant and Hailey snuck into the ballroom after competition and tried on the big crown. She ame back to me and said it just felt right. I told Tami Shomper about it. She said I hope I can put that on her head tomorrow. At crowning Hailey won Grand supreme and actually got to wear the big crown. Sometimes things happen for a reason

I have three...

Our FIRST one, Easter of 2010! I had no idea what I was getting myself into! You had the Easter Bunny come to the party, and Aubrey was TERRIFIED. She wouldn't come out from under the table until he was gone! I guess that shouldn't be my favorite though! It's just so funny to think back on it now!

Then Palooza, when my sister in law was visiting from Texas, and she got to do Aubrey's hair. She (my SIL) was so excited to see all the girls compete, and said that night her hands hurt from clapping so much. We changed her mind about how pageants 'really' are, and it was cool to have family involved like that!

Finally, at the Double Header when I won Pageant Mom. I was floored, but so proud! :D

My favorite memory is from this year's Darien Lake. I had 5 competing which was crazy!! My Brandon was competing and he is super shy. I was nervous putting him in because he gets sick so easy (he's a severe asthmatic ) and we never know if his lungs are going to act up. He was adorably shy for the Beauty portion., barely turned to face the judges. He remembered some of his moves for Hip and Trendy. Then, Idk if it was the venue, the crowd, or all the toys inspiring him but for OOC he put on a show! When he got off the stage he looked at us and said "I want to do more of these pageants". We were THRILLED!! He hasn't been the shy Brandon since, he speaks louder, walks prouder, and no longer hides behind us. Anything that makes my kids smile, makes me happy!
