It snowed the past two nights in my part of Montana -- I'm north of Yellowstone, south of Bozeman. It melted in the valley but there's still snow on the mountains all around us, and the dog's water bowl outside is still frozen solid at 1 pm (time to get out the heated bowl...). Everything in my garden was killed by a freeze a week or so ago.
Last Halloween, it was 10 below zero (F.) here!
