Yes Marys blind school is there. I have heard you can take tours of the school still and even be shown her room. I want to go its about 2 hours from where I live.

Thanks, Jennie. I'd like to go there too some day. My mother grew up in Dysart, Iowa and she had relatives in Vinton.

Sure your welcome. Really your moms from Iowa? I wounder where that town is. I want to go to all the LIW sites but I really want to make it to DeSmet and Vinton this summer hopefully. But I got one thing for the summer the LHOTP cast reunion it was fun.
