Happy New Year Everyone!

Happy New Year to all! Hope you have a safe holiday. And to Anne - sounds like there was a neat firework show in the Syndey Harbor. Hope you HAD a Happy New Year

Here is what a news article said about Sydney if anyone is interested (taken from iwon.com)....
In Australia, police closed Sydney's downtown to traffic in a security clampdown rivaled only by the city's 2000 Olympics. Hundreds of thousands of people watched the spectacular 15-minute fireworks show, that climaxed with a display on the Harbor Bridge blazing in the shape of a dove clutching an olive branch in its beak and then the message of peace.

I'm a little late - but Happy New Year to everyone!

Jennifer - I too heard that the Sydney fireworks were spectacular! Pity I live way over here in the West and missed out! We don't do things as big over here in Perth as they do in Sydney.
