Subject: Trying Round 2 of ChiroHCG

I just wanted to say that I am on round 2 of ChiroHCG which I probably didn't need to do but I, personally, felt I needed to kick start my body back into healthy mode for the new year. I did the diet the first time under Dr. White's care and lost 25 pounds. I was shocked! I couldn't believe I was able to lose that much weight! After three years of trying all kinds of crazy diets, I found one that actually worked! I spent 42 days after only gaining 5 pounds back which was fully my fault because I was traveling, it was the holidays and I admittedly did indulge. In this second round, I have so far lost 9 pounds in 7 days. I feel great. I highly recommend that everyone keep up with drinking as much water as you can. If you get sick of drinking just water, try adding some lemon to it which gives it flavor and acts as a natural diuretic. Anyway, good luck with your diets and I can't wait to hear about everyone's progress!I think we can get a good community going on here with concerns, advice and support. x
