Subject: Keeping the Weight Off!!

I completed the HcG diet in November and haven't been as strict with my choices as I was, although I am more aware of what and how much I eat going forward! Sugar, carbs and dairy are kept at a low intake. I do cheat I have to say, but my weight loss has been maintained. I owe this to my newly charged metabolism!! Pretty cool....
