He is an extremely passionate man and lacks self control at times. To make a long story short, two weeks ago at my daughters soccer tournament, he rightfully got upset at the referee during the game, who allowed several girls on the other team to physically attack our players. Nevertheless, he yelled, cussed and flat out lost control. This upset the parents so much that there have been complaints about him and now with 3 tournaments left, my daughter wants to drop out if dad is asked not to attend. My husband has done this before over the years in soccer and when my son plays football. His calls or ideas aren't wrong and everyone agrees with him, it's just the way he handles things. It seriously affects the family. Please pray for Terry. Ask God to open his eyes, ears and soften his heart. Ask God for that Damascus Road experience for him that changes his life. He is a wonderful man and has been honored by many for his work with abused and homelss children. He's unselfish and a great dad, but . . He needs the Fruit of the Spirit - namely "Self-Control" poured out over him. Thanks for your prayers, and know I'm always praying for all of you.
