Am I the only one who finds this a bit ludicrous? The expectation of "looking 30 something" as a 50 something tells me there is something broken with the system. That is akin to saying a "30 something" needs to look like a 10 year old. Try as you may, that is not going to happen.

How do older women break this cycle of insane expectations?
