The physics of a longer swing arc would argue that height is an advantage. Some of the best punters in NFL history were 6'2" or taller: Ray Guy (6'3"), Reggie Robie (6'3"), Dave Jennings (6'4"), Shane Lechler (6'2"), Jerrel Wilson (6'2").
