Subject: Colgate and the FCS rankings
what do people think about an ending ranking for 2015? How about for preseason 2016? I bet we finish #10 or better in both polls which would be great.

The final polls are heavily based on playoff results, so it's quite possible Colgate could make the top-10. I'd be surprised if we were in the top-10 preseason poll next year. Our current Sagarin ranking is 45th.

Can't see us leaping over 30 teams. Top 15, maybe. 15-20 a certainty. Teams moving up: Citadel (pre-playoff rank 18), Colgate (40), So. Utah (17), Richmond (12), Chatty (7), Montana (16), UNI (15). Teams moving down: Coastal Carolina (10), UNH (33), McNeese (3), JMU (8), Illinoise State (4), Portland State (5). Teams that will fall out of top-10 are JMU and Coastal Carolina to be replaced by UNI and Richmond. Teams out of 11-15: UNI (moving up), Richmond (moving up), Fordham (moving down). Moving into 11-15: Citadel and Montana and possibly So. Utah.

If we weren't going to be in the top eight, being #13 seems like the best fit. It was a great season.
