Yes, we should have been prepared for the insides kickoff, but I can't agree with most of your points. Afrieyie forced 2 fumbles and several rushes that caused their QB to hurry his throws. What is wrong with that? I like our DC. He has turned around a porous defense into one of the teams strengths.
I am concerned that we don't seem to want to play in the fourth quarter. This has been a consistent theme- Cornell, Yale and vs the Hoyas. The exception was HC. Whatever they put in the water that day, they should do again.
BTW- our win over HC now looks much better with their OT tilt with Fordham. They nearly beat Brown who miraculously beat Princeton.
Fordham will be tough, both teams know what they have on the line. Chase Edmunds is clearly a great back. And they can pass. We will need to keep the ball out of their hands. I am concerned about the ability of our O-line to sustain a ground and pound running attack, our hallmark.

Lack of the killer instinct in the 4th is an ever present danger, as it has been in most of our games. Just can't seem to close things out.

Note to G'town announcers: Tell Tatum to be briefer; talking right through the play on the field is really annoying. Her soliloquys about various players were histerical, ha-ha.

If HC had just knocked off the Rams we would have a real PL race going. But it's not too late. Hopefully the home field advantage - and snow? - gives us 3 points extra.

Her comments were inane. I don't think Erin Andrews has anything to worry about.

giving up an average of TWENTY EIGHT POINTS PER GAME is not exactly commendable!! surrendering double digit 4th quarter LEADS is AWFUL!!!!!!!!!!

Many Fordham opponents have put up big points against a porous Fordham secondary to stay in games with the Rams. Gate hss yet to display that kind of offensive production in any game this year. The closest the Raiders have come is the second half against Holy Cross. T.O.P. is one of Gate's best weapons. But, Fordham has shown the ability to score in a high percentage of their posessions!

Brown is NOT good this year and they hung 38 points on Princeton, Gate O could only put up 20 against the Tigers which by the way is what the Gate O is averaging: 20 per game while the D gives up an avg of 28 per game
