Holy Cross will be favored by at least a touchdown.
They are a much disciplined team this year.
'gate will have to find a way to contain Pujals to stay in the game.

This morning I would have said Colgate should win the game but, after Colgate's performance today and HC's performance against Towson I have to give the edge to HC which plays at home.

Not a believer in home field advantage, unless a team has to fly 3,000 miles, but it is Homecoming for HC...something we couldn't work to our advantage. Would give the edge to Pujals over Melville and that may be enough. Our red zone offense has left some valuable, winning points on the field. It is disheartening but fixable. I hope we try something other than the 2-yd gain up the middle on 1st down. Oops, hope I didn't reveal our predictable strategy to the opposition lol. Great weather for Saturday, can't wait. Hope we get the W.

Who knew that Colgate leads the PL in rushing yards per game?!

Going out on a limb: Colgate beats Holy Cross by at least 7.

Rationale? Wish I had a more defensible argument here. Program needs a win, and so do the fans. Emotional week on campus and hard to know what to make of that, but I expect the players will turn that to their advantage.

Last weeks game we should have won. I haven't seen anyone on here mention that we lost because of the "Swinging gate play" for two points they pulled on us, or, two field goal attempts kicked into the line of scrimmage and blocked by the same guy on HIS side of the line of scrimmage. Isn't our kicker all league ? Might be a long season.
