who was so into his job that he was hired to fight his own family and accepted, or b) he was just a really, really bad person who killed most of his family, but either A or B, he really hated himself and tried to commit suicide by slitting his own throught, thus speech loss and scar. Ripple, who was attacked by Tasset, survived and only remebered that there was a battle and Tasset wasn't exactly a good guy, but healed Tasset, and Tasset was a new person, without voice exept for Ripple, who thinked just like him but always disagreed with him.
