Beloved Circle of Light,

This morning at our Sunday Gathering, we (meaning those essences of us who work with us from the higher
dimensions) proposed a wonderful project which will not only assist in raising the vibration on this planet, but
perhaps serve to bring Light Seekers and Light Servers together for a Common Cause.

What they suggest was that all who choose to participate spend 5 minutes every day in visualizing the
energies of a specific quality which will serve to raise the vibration as well as transmute some of the negative
energies that permeate our Mass Consciousness. One of our higher dimensional essences will be volunteering
to participate with this project.

Each Sunday, during our Gathering, we will be told which Master or Angel we will be working with and what
quality we will be focusing on. We will spend a few minutes talking about ways in which we can do this, and
then I will post the information on our Message Board and to our Circle of Light Mailing List.

SUNDAY TO SUNDAY
The focus (and assisting Master/Angel) for the project will change every week, from Sunday to Sunday.

July 15 through July 21st
QUALITY: Compassion
HOSTING MASTER: Quan Yin (Mother of Compassion)

1. You can do this project any time you wish, BUT we have also decided on a time where all those who
choose to do so can do it together. That way our energies will be even more powerfully focussed. (You can
also do this in our Temple of Aaum chatroom if you'd REALLY like to do it together. I'll try to pop in once in
a while to participate, too).
2. We chose 12:00pm Noon Pacific Standard Time. Here's a link to a time zone converter program so you

3. If this time is not convenient for you, or if you should happen to forget once in a while, please do the
project whenever it is convenient for you.
4. Call on Quan Yin to assist you in any way that feels right in your heart (those who came to the Gathering
today had some suggestions, which I have listed below. Please feel free to use any/all or part of these to
create your own unique process. Also, you may want to do some toning, so we included some suggested
sounds . . . but, again, please follow your Heart.
5. The idea is for Each Light Seeker and/or Light Server who participates, to do it in your own unique style.
That way this project will be much more effective and powerful.
6. So, basically, you call on Quan Yin to join you, and together you focus on sending out the Quality of
Compassion in any way which you feel is right for you.

I think that you will find in doing this a sense of well-being and the energies of the quality radiating from all of
your bodies. This may also be accompanied with wonderful feelings of Oneness, Peace and Joy. And, we
ALL know that these energies are great healers.

SUGGESTIONS FOR ENVISIONING COMPASSION
1. How about envisioning everyone, being embraced with these energies and feel compassion enveloping all
who are open to receive it
2. Just a Golden Star with Magenta Words saying COMPASSION
3. I always love to see me as the Master...floating above Earth...and showering Earth with the specific
quality
4. How about Quan Yin wearing us like a pair of gloves?
5. Quan Yin with open arms and pink unconditional love energy around mother earth
6. I prefer visualizing Quan Yin and making a Heart Center connection with her, then send COMPASSION
to ALL.

WHAT DOES COMPASSION SOUND LIKE TO YOU?
1. A river of soft silver tones . . . vibration is strongly water
2. I think it resonates to the sound of "A"
3. Like a breeze
4. Compassion sounds soft and tender as clouds blowing into the heart softness.
5. I go with that "A" too!
6. I hear a "soft" A. Is that what you're hearing?
7. E-Motion--- feeling carried on love energy
8. Yes a soft "A"
9. Celestial music here
