Can anyone out there tell me what may be my problem with my windshield wipers. I checked the fuses and all seems fine under dash and in engine compartment. I direct wired the motor from the battery and the motor runs. I assumed it was the switch and after traveling 80 miles to a salave yard by Green bay I find I still have no wipers. Is there something I'm missing.

I tried starting them while wipers were frozen to the window. I turned them on and immediately turned them off. I didn't hear any noise what so ever. I assumed I just blew a fuse. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
