THIS PAGEANT IS AN OPEN EVENT - NO RESIDENCY RESTRICTIONS

2016 New Hanover County's Miss Heart of the USA

*A 2016 North Carolina Miss Heart of the USA State Pageant Preliminary*

ONLY $50 plus 10 "Blessing Bag" items to compete!

Pageant to benefit "Early Bread Ministry @ Saint Peters Church of the Fisherman"

* Blessing Bag Items:
Gallon Zip Lock Bags, Hand Sanitizer, Toothbrushes, Toothpaste, Mouthwash, Moist Wipes, Shampoos, Soaps, Deodorants, Socks, Gloves, Hand/Feet Warmers, Combs, Brushes, Chapstick, Lotion, Tissues, First Aid Kits, etc.

Please keep all items small (travel size)

Petite Miss (Ages 8-10 years)
Junior Miss (Ages 11-13 years)
Teen Miss (Ages 14-16 years)
Miss (Ages 17-23 years)
Ms (Ages 24 years +)

Accepting ONLY 10 Contestants per Division!
