The stallion looks over at Cortez, and his black eyes swirl with hate. He seems to growl at him, taking a few steps so he is halfway between Ela, Thele, and Cortez. He hisses through clenched teeth ~*~I wouldn't be saying that if I were you, Cortez. And where did you happen to find a new voic-box lying around? Last I remember I was the one who thrashed it apart...~*~ He bares his teeth, tensing his muscles. Just then a stong gust of wind blows up and around them, Armond's mane blowing into his face. He glances upward to see the dark clouds. He looks back at Cortez, letting out another growl-like sound from his throat ~*~We don't have time for this...~*~ he bakcs up and says to Ela ~*~Common... we can't stay here. There's a storm coming, and not one that even I would want to be caught out in...~*~ He turns, but before leaving his says to Cortez in a threatening voice ~*~if you so much as touch Shatter, I will kill you, Cortez. I almost did that one time... And I'm surprised I didn't. But that's the pathetic part to having a soul, is you have a conceous that goes with it. Next time you won't be so lucky, 'cause I've learned how to get rid of it when I want to...And the same goes for Ela and her foals...~*~ He snorts and turns around, looking at Ela and the darkness in his eyes slowly fades away...

Ela eyes Cortez, feeling the evil aura fill the air. She snorts and pushes Thele further behind her. She lifts her head, eyes blazing. Without taking her eyes of Cortez, she speaks to Armond. ~*~We need to get to the Healing Caves, but I don't want to leave Shatter out here, and Instinct has been wandering since her father sucked evil from her.
