Subject: Big Money Race Sat. questions

Is the Big Money Bracket race still on for Sat? Rain is possible do not know when or how much.
What are the rules? Double tech cards? Buybacks? First and Second rounds? First round only?
Does not matter much to me just like to know before I get there to make my plans.
