Hi Gemma in your letter you state Im a threatening derogatory aggressive and discriminatory person who makes staff feel harrassed threatened and uncomfortable
I have stated last week and left a message on answering service I would not visit Big Issue all bookings by phone.(I mean no ill will)
If thats the way you feel there is no point in me adding to the perceived injury that has been caused.

I might add Im the injured party you have stated Im a racist and homopobic.
I could sue for defamation of character.
Ive chosen not to, and wish you all the best It has placed me under further stress all of which I dont need at the moment.
Im enjoying the Easter break organising my home office and doing some household chores
and I wish you and everyone at the mag the very best.
