George Michael triumphantly returns to Australia in November and December 2012, when his Symphonica: The Orchestral Tour will travel to arenas in Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide, Brisbane and Perth.

Symphonica, which is currently playing to incredible audiences on a huge 64 date European tour, will fulfil George's long-cherished artistic ambition of performing alongside a full orchestra. George will not only perform a carefully chosen selection of his own material spanning his remarkable, near 30-year career; but he will also cover some of his favourite songs from other artists.

On Symphonica, the music has been re-worked and re-arranged by George for a 40-piece orchestra, which will accompany George and his band throughout the tour. This brand new symphonic production has given each song added layers and fresh nuance. It's unmistakeably George Michael, but not as we've ever known him.

George Michael has always been a captivating live performer, possessing an exquisite soul voice. In early 2010, he thrilled and delighted Australian audiences when he played sold out stadium shows after an absence of around 22 years.
