Denke, ChatGPT sieht das richtig mit Monaten... Wenn überhaupt.

zB hab ich heute ein großes Omelett gegessen und dazu Brot und Brötchen... Yep, war schon zuviel, leichte Bauchschmerzen und Müdigkeit. Das ist absurd.

Zieht mich manchmal runter... Noch mehr verzichten, noch mehr aufgeben... Ich war relativ happy damit, mich mit einer Besuffski-Existenz zu begnügen, zu bescheiden. Es hat auch seine Vorteile. Die Wirkung von Musik vor allem... Die Immersion und Lebendigkeit ist für mich unerreicht.

Jetzt weiß ich nicht mehr, ob ein neuer Alkohol-Zyklus nochmal möglich sein wird.

Alkohol × Grippe × Supplemente × Fastfood war dann einfach zuviel. System ist DOWN.

Vielleicht hab ich noch einen neuen Song gefunden oder zwo.
