Ketamin/Esketamin auch mit Vorsicht genießen, Wirkung ist viel zu kurz und es gibt einige Nebenwirkungen blablabla. Das ziehe ich zurück, da war ich zu schlampig. Hab auch kaum Ahnung von der Substanz...

Verballer gerade einige Deep Research-Anfragen (man hat jetzt 25 pro Monat) und suche weiter nach dem 'heiligen Gral' gegen Depression. Aber haltet nicht den Atem an, vielleicht finde ich auch nichts Weltbewegendes... Dann bleibt mein persönlicher Goldstandard erstmal bei Psychedelika wie Zauberpilzen (Psilocybin), die aber absurderweise nicht therapeutisch zugelassen sind, jedenfalls nicht in Deutschland. Und ja, auch da habe ich keine Erfahrung, aber damals extrem viel drüber gelesen und bin mir viel sicherer.
