I'm not convined you've actually seen the schedule. It is posted at www.essencepageant.org and go to communication board from the left menu, scroll to May 22 and you can download the pdf of the schedule. Thursday night is a dinner. Friday is a 2 hour morning rehearsal, then interviews all day (i.e., massive down time) until dinner and 2 hr rehearsal. Sat is short rehearsal, massive down time, then pageant. yeah, I saw it. Too busy for me, but that's me. I want to compete, not play, not be up late, I want to concentrate on the competitino, but that's just me. Not putting it down, I"m sure most girls love all that stuff, but I'm too focused. If not that, then I don't care for all the side options, awards, appearances, paperwork, etc. Pageants are getting a little complicated for our busy lives, so the simpler the better. But seriously, it looks like you have a wonderful system going, with lovely winners, so keep up what you are doing! I'll have to look elsewhere.
