Blazing, flaming light the color of the purest water encases pitch-ebony shadow. That is all that Atumi must seem to these strangers who have never seen his deadly power; for now, such terrible, blinding strength is held in check. A tenor voice, once fluid and suave, shrieks out with a rage and pain unparalleled by any red or tan:

"Death is yours for the taking, trespassers!"

Claws grip the tree's rock-hard bark, digging deep within its flesh to tap into the living entity's own life-force. Atumi has lost all morals in this -- his pack, his home, his -students- are in mortal danger, and he will not lose them!

Emerald green and pale blade-grey winds and radiances surge up from the crushed back, swirling and creating a surreal, supernatural aura of heat and light and unadulterated -pain- around the black male that is nearly tangible in its anguish. Atumi is consumed by rage but no fool -- he knows that he faces an entire pack alone. He will attack once his fellow warriors arrive to aid him.

But for now... his fury and his pain will emblazon his death-black form with the lights of the world.
