I truly do not know where to begin or what to tell.
First, about you and Max. My prayer is that your Dad will get the help he needs and you all can be reunited as a family. We will pray for you guys and your Mom.
OK, rumor has it that you have a girlfriend! Details, please!
Marcus, I think about you every time I wash my feet off in a garden hose. Rat still wears short overalls thanks to Max.
So, what happened with JJ, the twins, Gage and Suri? What about Samson?
OK, I promised someone I would ask you this. Did the "bad contact" come through PB or another site? If that happened at PB, let us know who and I will have the admin there kill their account. Also, if it happened at one of this moderator's forums, he will kill their posts as well. So, if you can and will, where did it happen and who did it? Sure, Marcus, you should have been more careful but stuff happens. I am just glad you are safe.
I would also like you to talk to Mrs. Helen about at least reinstating HER account at PB. I think she will be good with the place.
OK, me:
I am 16 now and I drive. My health has been real bad this year. I had to leave school because of attendance issues with my health. I am homeschooled for this year. I will attend a night class at Community college in the Spring to get a dual enrollment credit in Trigonometry. I took the ACT and got a 30! Marcus I have had more surgeries and have sadly spent a lot of time in the hospital. I am seeing a genetics specialist at Vanderbilt who is trying to help me with my condition.
Julie and I are doing very well. I truly love her. She is a gift to me. I see myself with her forever.
I got in a rebellious stage over the late summer. Dad now thinks it was related to my health issues. Sadly, Mom and I clashed and argued and I ended up not being able to sit comfortably for almost a month around August and September. I literally got a spanking a week (one week - 2) for the whole month. Mom and I have repaired our relationship and my parents and I have a new strategy. My parents say no more spanking for me. Writing assignments seem to work better for me (yuck) so we are trying that. I have not been in trouble in about a month now.
We have a sister! Mom was pregnant again and Elizabeth Grace (Beth) was born on November 5. JB is now a year and a month old. Mom quit teaching and is now working on her PhD.
I have a job. I teach guitar lessons at a music store. I only work one day a week but I really like it.
I am not sure you know but Dad was elevated to Senior Pastor at our church and Bro. Gregg is now the principal at our school.
I got a dog! Boris sort of adopted Caleb and Mark had a kitten and Benji had Magic. I got Chester - he is a dachsund.
About Caleb:
He and Suzanne broke up. He is wooing a girl named Marlee right now. He is doing well. He quit band. Caleb has not been spanked in almost 15 months. Caleb and Beth are really close. he is still really in to piano. Caleb is 15 now.
About Mark (Nerd):
Mark has mostly withdrawn from the board. He may pop in here and there but he is very busy. He still works at the grocery store and has been promoted to night supervisor recently. He has had no contact from his parents in almost a year. Mom and Dad are adopting him. They go to court in December and hopefully the adoption will be final. He and Austin are still together and doing well. He has resolved most of his issues and there has been no talk of suicide or running away. Mark will be 17 in March.
About Benji:
I think he covered most of it. He is back with us. My Aunt and Uncle divorced and my aunt took a job in Chicago. Benji is really developing his cooking skills. Dad built an addition to the house - sort of like an apartment - and me, Mark and Benji live there. There is a small kitchen there and Benji is all the time feeding us. Benji has more exciting news about school. He is homeschooled until January. Benji is 14 and will be 15 in April. His love for baseball is still there. He and Turtle and Dad and Turtle's Dad went to a playoff game in Washington in October. Benji said they should have went to St. Louis.
About Rat:
Busy boy. He is Sophomore Class President and has over taken Caleb for academic first place in the class. Rat is editor of the school paper. He still has his business and actually makes great money. He has a tom boy girlfriend named Charlie (Charlotte - but don't call her that.) He knew she was the one when he saw her for the first time and she was barefoot and in overalls and was painting her house. Rat is 15 and has a driving permit but was having some issues with driving. Rat still wears short overalls. His Daddy is back in the hospital. He had another heart attack.
About Turtle:
Not much to tell. He has a new dog. His other dog got hit by a car. He is doing better in school. Mom tutored him over the summer. He will be 15 in February and he has a girlfriend now named Meagan. (Marlee's sister.) Turtle's grandfather died and his grandmother moved in with him and his Mom and Dad (step-dad.)
I have a new best friend. I met him at school. His name is Corey. He comes here and at PB sometimes. He will be 16 in a couple of weeks. His family moved here form Indiana over the summer. His Dad is a funeral director. Yuck. Corey spends most weekends at my house. He got a job selling fish at a fish shop next to the music store I work at so we ride to work together.
Over the summer, when I was in the hospital, we met another kid in the hospital. His name is Jim. Jim and Caleb and Rat are all rather close now. Jim comes to visit about every other week. Jim and his family now live in Benji's old house.

And Marcus, your Dad still loves you, he is just sick right now. I am glad all seems to be improving for your family.
