Hi Taylor,

Yes, I'll try to do that without actually repeated the portion of your post that concerned me. If you want more information, ask one of your parents to email me using the link at the top of the page. I can respond to their email, explain my concerns, and they could share it with you.

As this topic was the one that sort of exploded, I thought it best to err on the side of caution in approval of posts related to it. This issue has to do with clarifying for readers the difference between fact and opinion. You described and characterized another persons posts which did not make it clear that your statements were your opinions. That was important in this case because what your ascribed to the other poster could have been construed by him or her as unflattering which would likely produce a defensive response from that poster.

If you do think that you need to make statements like that try something like this: "when I read X's post it seemed to me like he/she was being ...."

Does that help to clarify things?

Thanks, by the way, for your continued participation here and I hope that you don't feel like I'm picking on you because of your post. I try my best to screen all posts as fairly as I can.

Enjoy the rest of your weekend and I also hope that your ankle heals quickly.

Ok, thanks for explaining. I think I know which part you're talking about. I guess I didn't think of it that way but I see what you're saying. I will try to be more careful. Thank you.
