What are those religious reasons? I can't trick-or-treat because my town(quasi-city?) made a law that every person 13 years old and older can't trick-or-treat, but never because of religious reasons. However, that would explain why my mom never celebrated Halloween with my dad, sister, and me. I probably should ask her about that.
