I no longer have a bed time. When I did have one, I always had no issues with it. I guess this is one of the few rules in the house that never caused me problems.

It is so weird. My bedtime used to be 10:00pm. When my parents took it away and let me manage this myself, I found that, more times than not, I was going to bed before 10:00.

I have a friend that says he has no bed time but he does have an up time. I suppose that is true at my house.

Part of the guidelines for not having a bed time is that we stay alert in school and that we get up on time with no issues.

I guess it should be said, that one of the alternative punishments in our house is early bed time. So, if we get this punishment, we do have a bed time and it is always ridiculously early. (Usually 6:30 PM - my parents don't play.)
