My first week of school was great. I love my classes and most of my teachers. Anyhow after a great week of school I had to go and mess up at home. I forgot that Friday night was trash night AGAIN (I told my Mom I want to get a reminder tattooed on my forehead but she said that's probaly not a good idea). So Saturday morning I had to figure out how to get 2 full trash cans to the dump. I got lucky. Mr. G. who lives next door was taking a load of old newspapers and bottles to recycle and he said he would take our stuff if I went with him and helped him load and unload his stuff. When I got back I still had one little consequence to deal with, a spanking. This one was the worst ever. I even had to eat lunch standing up.

I finally remembered! Okay I had a little bit of help. When I got home from school, I took out my homework folder and a note from my teacher fell out. It said "Don't forget trash night." Then I went in my room to put my stuff away and there was a note on my desk and it said the same thing. Then when I went in the bathroom there was a note just like it on the mirror. I told my mom thanks for the reminders. She said it wasn't her (but it was her handwriting) it must have been the trashcan fairies. Right after dinner the phone rang and it was Mr. G. from next door. All he said was "Don't forget trash night."

So, like I said I had a little bit of help.

And I had a great week at school.

Hey, Alex!
That's real cool that your Mom gave you all those reminders! She probably felt all bad for you for the spanking that you got when you forgot the trash. Eating standing up is no fun! You were really lucky; the rule at our house is ONE warning. After that, it is time for a spanking! When Adam got 3 warnings on his backpack at the door (and still forgot),that was very rare for our house. Want to trade houses or Moms? (Just kidding!)
