I'm thirteen and going into 8th grade, also. We don't live in Virgina though. :) VBS is Vacation Bible School. It's almost like regular school but more fun and we don't have to wear our uniforms. It's only for a week too. So, I guess I'm a little off, but, in my defense, there is such a thing as the Virginia Barbecue Society. I don't live in Virginia, or any states bordering it, but my dad's a barbecue aficionado. So, does VBS have the same hours as regular school? My church has a program similar to VBS, but the acronym doesn't remind me of volleyball or barbecue. It's only for two hours, though. The older kids get to help the teachers with the younger ones. I like doing that even if it's the class my brother or sister are in. LOL! My dad loves to barbecue too.
