I am a father of 4 kids living in the midwest. I won't say where. I have been "monitoring" this forum since it began to determine whether I want to let my kids participate here.
I guess I should give a little history here. My son Sean was posting on the original Spank with Love forum a few months ago. He was doing so without our permission. My wife made an inspection of his on line activities and found the posts he made. While I don't believe he was participating in any inappropriate discussions we felt the forum itself was not a place for a boy his age should be hanging around in. He is 12. But we also found some other inappropriate sites he was visiting as well. So his internet privileges were severely restricted along with other punishments. I disovered this forum while still monitoring the other forum to be sure Sean wasn't disobeying us. I believe in trust but verify when it comes to my kids.
The reason he gave us for visiting that other forum originally was out of curiosity about spankings in general. Our parish school was considering bringing back spankings at the school and he wanted to see if this was done elsewhere. We have always spanked at home but the school hasn't spanked students for several years now. And for those who are curious, we will not be bringing it back, at least for now.
So as I said we are considering letting him as well as the other kids participate in this forum. I want to check it out first before I decide to let them come here. My oldest daughter Taylor has expressed an interest in doing something like this also.
