Finding a stable job can be frustrating, especially when the hiring process feels unclear or unfair. Sometimes the hardest part isnâ€™t your qualifications, but knowing where to look and how to connect with real employers who are actively hiring. When I was exploring opportunities in Poland, I spent a lot of time researching different platforms and trying to understand which roles were actually accessible with an EU passport. I had to write down and compare requirements, salaries, and locations, and that helped me avoid wasting time on unrealistic options. It gave me a much clearer picture of what was possible and what employers were expecting from candidates.
