Finding a stable job can be frustrating, especially when the hiring process feels unclear or unfair. Sometimes the hardest part isn’t your qualifications, but knowing where to look and how to connect with real employers who are actively hiring. When I was exploring opportunities in Poland, I spent a lot of time researching different platforms and trying to understand which roles were actually accessible with an EU passport. I had to write down and compare requirements, salaries, and locations, and that helped me avoid wasting time on unrealistic options. It gave me a much clearer picture of what was possible and what employers were expecting from candidates.
