No. You do have to raise the engine to remove the lower ones. If you had small hands, and an adapted spark plug spanner, it may be possible. Access from outside of the lower cowl not possible as stated - engine bearer in the way. I am not aware of any XP in our UK fleet having tried to access via the outside of the lower cowl.

Whats the Reg of the XP you are talking about?
