This is in no wise related to internet or web opportunities, dodgy as they may be. And it is not related to any real phone service, either. The main idea is to collect your money, so you lose money fast; any other effects are purely annoying. If this whole thing sounds dumb right now, then you have not consumed enough drugs. Contact the nearest on-line drug-promoting stranger, and see what substances you can get. Who knows, he might send some and they might even be harmless. Certainly drugs make these Google offers sound more plausible at any rate. So, why not send some money out today? The sooner you send money, the sooner the phone scammer gets paid!
