Subject: Penis injury

I am 63, me and partner was having sex, she was on the bed, I was behind her. I pulled out to far and went in but hit something and felt a pop, I was gushing blood. Grabbed a towel and held it to stop blood while she called 911. We went to hospital, after three hours asked me to urinate, I did and was sent home. Next morning saw a urologist. He said I blew a blood vessel and that it would heal on its own no sex for couple of weeks. By the second day I was blood spotting and that stopped on the third day. Next three days no problems and on the sixth day I went to bed late and was awakened by an erection, pop and a warm feeling. I was bleeding again. Grabbed a towel held it with pressure but had to pee. Woke my partner (we sleep in different rooms)I got in the bath tub to pee as I bled, no pain, or burning. Did not go to hospital but have appointment in a week to see the urologist again. Is there anything I can do to heal this naturally?
