Soft, honey brown eyes flash in confusion for a brief moment of time before understanding creeps over her expression. A faint smile of eagerness and excitement flits over ebon dial. Nuzzling stallion tenderly, she then turns away, dissapearing into the darkened forest...heading towards the special secret area that only a few besides herself knew of..... * * Hours later, as the pale golden moon hung over the clearing and shone it's soft rays upon the equines residing there, the mare steps into the open. Persperation still glistens on sleek hide and there is a weariness about her...but the glow of joy in her eyes showed that she clearly took little notice to either of these facts. * * Gaze sweeps the terrian slowly...hesitating more a minute before turning slightly and emitting a gentle whicker. A rustle in the brush is heard before a tiny figure steps into the moonlight. * * Large, round, sweet eyes of ebon gaze upon the moonkissed area with the awe that only one seeing the world for the first time possessed. A wobbly step forwards is taken, and a rather apprehensive glance is sent to the long thin things attached to the foal's body. * * Coat of ashen grey contrasts greatly against chestnut mother.
