Eranu- I've heard the words before... Borders rise and borders fall, yet borders exist and borders be, that was it.

I BELIEVE it's an old world curse, used predominantly by Ancient beings.

Niwa- So what's it mean?

Eranu- Long story short, existing issues will never be resolved, and new ones will add to it. The intent is to destroy alliances.
