Kohiro- You followed Celledor, so I'm assuming that this involves him. Under normal circumstances, there's no method for us to use any form of magic with the rare exception of Spell Binding which would require years and years to learn and ideal conditions to execute. However, I think I said once before that Celledor was one of the unlucky few who seemed to tick the Dark Spirit off while inside the temple at home. It wasn't long before our city was raided, so I never saw any changes- but it wasn't uncommon for people Warped to develop abilities that we wouldn't normally have.

As a whole, however, our ability to perform magic was nullified in the original agreement that allowed us to bond with Dragons.
