Indra- Kiel'Lora has asked me to deliver this to you. It states that they have passed their judgement of the three remaining members of Neiren's group. Azalei and Hiroru will both have their powers blocked, but not stripped. They will be free to wander the worlds as they see fit, accompanied by two guards each. They were both released last night.

They will begin stripping Neiren's power next week, and will finish sometime later. He will be confined to the Tor'Endi clan for the remainder of his life. If you wish to speak with him, you are welcome to go do so.
