It's strange to loose people.... Even knowing about the Eternal Spires and all, that they'll be reborn somewhere.... I've never lost ant love interests or close friends, but it's probably akin to loosing family. You'll see them again, even if it comes in a different form. Because you were close with them as they were, they'll be friendly to you if they are reborn in new forms- even if they can't explain why, they'll remember you and be drawn to you. And if they come to you as they were, in the same forms....
