I'll be told to sit that out. Besides, I think they were going for a deeper meaning.... They couldn't have been referring to anyone in my family, or anyone I encountered in Hael'Yule- and a debt like the one I owe to the twins would require a greater sacrifice than acting as a bodyguard. Besides, Er'Ae is my equal.... He will be, anyway. Where my sibs and I replaces the cosmos, He's going to replace Oroborus. The serpent will just outlive the cosmos, but Er'Ae's position does not change regardless.

The thing about my sibs, Er'Ae, and me is that because of what we are, we've jumped straight to the front of the cosmic order. The only people left that trumph us at this point are the Gate Guardians and Eyerlings. We've surpassed the Yularians.

What debts I owe that they would refer to would be beyond the scope of mortality, so.... It's either something I owe them, or will owe someone who will be one of them in the future. Possibly something I owe to their replacement race, I couldn't tell you. They may also have been talking about all of the people I killed over the years, but they said 'debt' as in singular, so unless the skeletons in my closet have merged into one massive corpse, that theory is out.

And I doubt that they would single out one of the thousands that I would owe something to....
