Saura- Passage is highly restricted to those who can't simply rip through the fabric of existance to get there.

Alania- The people of the border worlds have created sort of flying fortresses that can pass between the two worlds with no lasting damage to the passengers. They are mostly used to transport cargo and people of their race, but on occassion, people of other races can be allowed passage.

Jayara- Basically, it's near impossible to get onto one of their ships without being in the favor of at least one pilot. They ultimately choose who rides their ship.
