"I love you, Koran...because you are my brother. Its odd to say that because I don't really know you that well yet. But I do know this: I love Kyo with ever fiber of my being, because he loves me with every fiber of his being. I may not be physically hurt at the Sanctuary, but would you rather see me without a heart? Being just a shell of a gryphon? Where ever Kyo is, I'll be safe there. I'm sorry if you don't understand, and I'm sorry that this has to happen. Someday, when I've been bonded to Kyo long enough that he can visit there too, we can go there and you can show me around, but not until then, alright older brother?"

She sat and looked at him somewhat sadly.
