(OOC- basically, maiko created the 6 oricals as the most powerful beings in existance. before he was captured and given a dark spirit, he sealed his oricals away, after they had finshed what they were born to do. all the parallel dimensions of the mystic plains had been destroyed, and they saved this last one. they vowed to their newly-infected creator that they would block anything that would cause the land to die out instantly (whitch was why all the members could be revived after the dark master finshed) or come to the planets aid when it was injured and dieing.)
