I remember Nang Ely. One time my late mother and I saw her in front of their house when we were passing by their house while I was vacationing in the Philippines. I got introduced to her and my mother and Nang Ely chatted for awhile. Nang Ely was also vacationing from Chicago at that time. Sorry to hear about her passing away.
